SEATTLE, WA — At least two cars were hit by heavy objects thrown from an Interstate 5 overpass early Wednesday morning, according to Washington State Patrol. Troopers responded to northbound I-5, near Interstate 90, around 5:30 a.m. One of the objects, a metal plate, went through a windshield. Another car was struck in the front bumper and on a passenger door. WSP says, fortunately, there were just minor injuries. WSP and Seattle Police searched the area for the person responsible but were unable to locate anyone.
