FRANKFORT, KY – Frankfort police say four people facing murder and robbery charges in the June killings of Dustin Johnson and Jared Moore are connected to a robbery at Papa John’s Pizza.
A grand jury has indicted Juanita M. Durrum, Rakiethieus C. Wesley, Leroy Love and Bricelyn C. Leake with first-degree robbery in connection to the June 25 robbery investigation.
Police said the suspects held up the Main Street business before taking cash from the scene. This came one day before Johnson and Moore were robbed and killed.
Investigators confirmed at the time of the murder arrests at least two of the suspects were going to face additional charges related to other crimes.
